HISTORY

ICSI2018

ICSI 2018 was held on October 15-17, 2018, in city of Liuzhou, a beautiful city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), China Computer Federation (CCF) and the Guangxi University of Science and Technology (GXUST) are the primary sponsors of ICSI 2018. Prof. S. Li, the President of GXUST, is the general chair for this conference. Prof. M. Jiang at PKU is the Co-Chairs for this conference. The Academic Committee consists of leading scientists and experts worldwide in the fields of Sensing.

ICSI2017

The third conference in this series, the ICSI 2017 was held on June 5-8, 2017 in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, China. National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), China Computer Federation (CCF) and the Chengdu University of Information Technology (CUIT) sponsored of ICSI 2017. Prof. J. Zhou, the President of CUIT, was the chair for this conference. Prof. N. Ida, the chief editor of Sensing and Imaging and Prof. M. Jiang at PKU were the Vice Chairs for this conference.

ICSI2016

The second conference in this series, the ICSI 2016 was held on July 25-28, 2016 in Taiyuan city, Shanxi province, China. Prof. Y. Han at North University of China was the chair for this conference. Prof. M. Jiang at PKU was the Vice Chair for this conference.

ICSI2015

As the first conference in this series, the ICSI 2015 was held on August 15- 18, 2015 in Chifeng city, Inner Mongolia, China. This conference was sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, SOA the First Institute of Oceanography, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, as well as the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University (local organizer). Over the four-day sessions, the participants from the United States, Germany and China gave numerous platform talks and extensively discussed the current hot topics on Sensing and Imaging, including Imaging Reconstruction, Image Restoration, Image Fusion, Biomedical Imaging, Noninvasive Probing, Ocean Remote Sensing, Instrumentation and Software Design.
